Beauty By Marinez Policies

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Beauty By Marinez experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Late Cancellations

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.

Fills

If you are scheduling for a fill please note that we will not do fills over another nail techs work. Please come with bare nails. If you have a full set we can do a soak off for a fee. At the time of booking please review our additional services as you can select soak off before checking out.

Running Late?

Beauty By Marinez is a very popular Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up 15+ late to your appointment (without letting us know) it will be cancelled and a $10 fee will be charged. If you do inform us that you will be late you will still be charged the $10 late fee. This is because we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. No call- no shows will be denied future service. Please be respectful of our time and our other clients. Be in touch to find out more.

Guests

We allow no more than one guest with the client who is receiving our services. If you still bring more than one, we may ask for them to leave.
